Rosids

Asterids

Asterids are recognized for their high content of secondary compounds, which are often utilized in pharmaceuticals.

Asterales: Composite Flowers

A critical order within the asterids is Asterales, known for their composite flowers. These complex reproductive structures are made up of numerous smaller flowers, which together form a visually appealing display. This order contains about 26,000 species, highlighting its vast diversity and ecological importance.
